The world’s most legendary folk metal band? Quite possibly! Britain’s Skyclad formed in 1990 and such albums as ”The wayward sons of Mother Earth” (1991), ”Jonah’s ark” (1993), and, in the new millennium, ”A semblance of normality” (2004) remain perennial genre classics. A whole 16 (!) years have passed since the band appeared at Sweden Rock, so we’re in for a very warm reunion, signified by dance-inducing riffs, powerful violin and a Celtic, altogether unique atmosphere.
