Thrown is a young band from Stockholm whose sound combines hardcore and metalcore, with an emphasis on metal. Although they are new as a band—their EP Extended Pain was released in 2022 and their debut album Excessive Guilt in 2024—they have already made their mark on the scene. They have toured North America, played at Bloodstock in the UK in 2025, and won two Heavy Music Awards: "Best Breakthrough Live Artist" in 2024 and "Best Breakthrough Album" in 2025. "Look at Me," "Grayout," and "On the Verge" are some of the songs Sweden Rock audiences can look forward to hearing.
