Thrown is a young Swedish band uniting hardcore and metalcore, with emphasis on ”metal”. Despite being new as a band – their EP ”Extended pain” arrived in 2022 and the debut album ”Excessive guilt” in 2024 – they have already made an impression within the scene. They have toured North America, appeared at Bloodstock 2025 and won two Heavy Music Awards: ”Best breakthrough live artist” 2024 och ”Best breakthrough album” 2025. ”Look at me”, ”Grayout” and ”On the verge” are some of the songs the Sweden Rock attendees should listen for.
