Their 2009 first EP and subsequent debut album ”Hated” in 2011 made Sister an immediate hot topic on Sweden’s sleaze scene. Their sound was raw, both punky and metallic, with an underlying darkness. Subsequent releases, when they appeared, upheld the band’s cult status – and with their current fifth album ”The way we fall”, Sister seem to even be leaving the underground. Their unique singer and frontman Jamie Anderson is yet another draw for those who understandably want to experience the missing link between W.A.S.P. and the Misfits live.
