Savatage

The Sweden Rock audience has been waiting for this! For many, many years, Swedish heavy metal fans have hoped and prayed that the legendary Florida band Savatage would come to our country and our festival. The band is a trendsetter in US power metal and prog metal, with groundbreaking albums such as "Sirens" (1983), "Hall of the Mountain King" (1987), and "Streets – A Rock Opera" (1991). But their status and future have long been extremely uncertain. Savatage's return to the live scene in 2025 was therefore a celebrated sensation, and there is no doubt that their Sweden Rock premiere will be one of the highlights of 2026 for metalheads in Sweden.
