Many cheered when guitarist Tommy Johansson left Sabaton. Why? Because it gave him the opportunity to focus on his own songwriting, not to mention his epic vocals, in Majestica. This Swedish band (a continuation of ReinXeed) have released the albums ”Above the sky” (2019), ”A Christmas carol” (2020) and ”Power train” (2025) and are currently one of Sweden’s hottest new bands: their combination of power metal and film music, topped by Johansson’s vocals, gains new followers every day.
