From North, hailing from Varberg, belongs, as the name suggests, to the folk/Viking metal scene and has released two albums and three EPs since 2017. Their concept consists of ancient Norse themes, melodic death metal, and progressive elements, in a positive and stage-friendly mix. 2026 is the year when From North will make a big push, with both a third full-length album and their Sweden Rock debut.
