”Viva la victoria” from 2019 became the hit that brought Sweden’s Eclipse mainstream attention. Fans of melodic hard rock were of course long since aware that Eclipse, led by prolific songwriting genius Erik Mårtensson, ranked among that scene’s very finest. Eclipse have so far released ten studio albums since 2001, and their popularity are on a very steady rise. Not surprisingly, considering albums like their most recent double feature ”Megalomanium” (2023) and ”Megalomanium II” (2024) make it very clear that this band is a certified world-class act.
