Sweden’s, and the world’s most legendary doom metal band! Candlemass made groundbreaking metal history with their first two albums ”Epicus doomicus metallicus” (1986) and ”Nightfall” (1987). Since then they have, with the occasional hiatus, just kept on providing the world with epic, super-heavy metal of the highest order imaginable. After thirteen studio albums and innumerable EP:s and singles, Candlemass remain the arguably most universally beloved act in Swedish metal. Not to mention perennial audience-faves on festivals like ours.
