Here you can enjoy some different drink tips where Sweden Rock Spirits is the base. Some of them are developed in the Bartenders Best concept, in collaboration with some of Sweden's leading bartenders.

Hot Beet - short and sweet
Perfect for finishing off dinner or as a warming drink.
All you need is a shot glass, Feel the Beet, coffee and cream.
Do this:
- Pour 15 ml of Feel the Beet into a shot glass.
- Carefully pour 15 ml of strong coffee over the back of a spoon so that the layers are layered.
- Top with lightly whipped cream.
- Sprinkle on some edible gold glitter for extra magic! (available in well-stocked grocery stores)

Tropical Redneck
This is the drink that will take you straight to beach hangouts and summer evenings!
A perfect balance between the sweetness of Sweden Rock Premium Dark Rum and the fresh, tropical flavor of Long Drink Pineapple. Top with freshly squeezed lime.
Ingredients:
- 4 cl Sweden Rock Premium Dark Rum
- Long Drink Pineapple
- Freshly squeezed lime
Methodology:
Fill the glass halfway with ice. Pour Sweden Rock Premuim Dark Rum and top with Long Drink Pineapple. Squeeze over the lime.

Loud 'n' Heavy
Do you have a Sweden Rock Spirits Rum at home? Then it's time to mix up a refreshing drink based on rum and ginger beer. Our version of Dark 'n' Stormy - SWEDEN ROCK LOUD 'N' HEAVY - is best enjoyed in the company of hard rock at high volume.
Ingredients:
- 5 cl Sweden Rock Spirits Premium Rum
- 10 cl ginger beer
- a small piece of ground fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Methodology:
Fill a cocktail glass halfway with ice. Pour in the rum, lime juice and ginger. Fill up with ginger beer.

The Stranger
Have you tried making gin and tonic with tomatoes? If not, it's time to try!
The Stranger is a drink created by Erik at the bar "Stranger" in Gothenburg, and although it may be an unexpected combination, we can attest that it is very good!
Ingredients:
- 5 cl Sweden Rock Spirits Gin
- 10 cl Three Cents Tonic Water
- 5 drops of balsamic vinegar
- 1 cocktail tomato
- Rose pepper
- A lot of ice
Methodology:
Fill a glass, preferably chilled, with ice. Pour in your Sweden Rock Spirits Gin followed by the tonic. Add a few drops of balsamic vinegar and garnish with a cocktail tomato and rosé pepper.

Gin 'n' Rolla
This version of a G&T is created by Andreas Andersson, one of the winners of the Swedish Worldclass 2012 and finalist in the Swedish Worldclass 2013, 2014, 2015. Andreas currently runs three different restaurants in Halmstad: il grillo wine & tales, Zigges Garage in town and in Vilshärad.
Ingredients:
- 40ml Sweden Rock Spirits Gin
- 200ml Fever Tree or Fentimans Elderflower tonic
- Peychaud's Bitter
- Large handful of ice
- Orange wheels and red currants for garnish
Methodology:
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass and finish by garnishing with orange and red currants.

Seagull Gin & Tonic
This twist on a G&T is created by Erik from the Cadie Bar at the Grand Hotel, Stockholm.
His G&T creation with Sweden Rock Spirits Gin is based on "less is more" and is a nod to two other well-known cocktails - Classic Seabreeze and Baybreeze.
Ingredients:
- Highball glass
- Cubes of ice
- 5 cl Sweden Rock Gin
- 10 cl Quality tonic, ex. Three Cents or Fever Tree
- Put half a wheel of pineapple & half a wheel of blood grape in the drink for garnish
Methodology:
Combine everything in a highball glass and enjoy.

GINgerbread Sour
Why bake when you can shake? Check out this gingerbread-inspired drink, created with our drinks expert, bartender Patric Glaubke.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Sweden Rock Spirits Gin
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25 ml gingerbread syrup*
- Eggwhite from one egg
Methodology:
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and shake hard without ice. Open the shaker and fill it with ice. Shake again. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with gingerbread crumbs.
*Gingerbread syrup:
- 1,5dl granulated sugar
- 1dl of water
- 50 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks (about 5cm/stick)
- 5cm fresh ginger, chopped into pieces
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved, without boiling. Remove from the heat and leave to cool under a lid for 2 hours. Strain the spices. Also great as a non-alcoholic drink, just skip the gin and double the rest of the ingredients except the egg.

Sparkling into Season
This drink in the Sweden Rock Spirits series consists of a slightly odd combo of gin and prosecco and is a fresh summery drink!
Ingredients:
- 25ml Sweden Rock Spirits Gin
- 25ml apricot puree (we used Garant's apricot puree/cream)
- 100ml prosecco or Champagne
- Handful of ice
Methodology:
Combine ice, gin and apricot puree in a cocktail shaker and shake hard for about 30 seconds. Strain into a tall champagne glass and top up with prosecco.

Pepo Cucum G&T
This drink is created by Alexander Mannerfors, a bartender with years of knowledge as a mixologist and who has worked with some of the world's strongest brands in the spirits category. Below he has created a unique drink with Sweden Rock Spirits Gin as a base.
Ingredients:
- 2cl Sweden Rock Spirits Gin (or 4cl if you're in a party mood)
- Fever Tree tonic
- 4 large cubes of watermelon
- 2-3 long and thin slices of cucumber
- A large handful of ice
Methodology:
Place the watermelon and ice in a highball glass, alternating the watermelon with ice so they are scattered among the ice. Pour in your Sweden Rock Spirits Gin followed by tonic. Garnish with the cucumber in the glass as pictured below. Stir to release aromas from the gin and watermelon.

The Festival Salute
Fresh and herbal gin and tonic with a twist - this drink is a must for all gin lovers!
Ingredients:
- 25 ml Sweden Rock Spirits Gin
- 2 sprigs of basil - one for dredging, one for garnish
- 2 sprigs of mint - one for muddling, one for garnish
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 10 ml white vermouth (Martini Bianco or other)
- 50 ml regular tonic - preferably Fever Tree, Fentimans or Ekobryggeriet
- Black pepper
- Plenty of ice
Methodology:
Take a highball glass or a gin cup and gently muddle the basil and mint. Fill with ice and pour in the rest of the ingredients. Stir and garnish with mint, basil and black pepper.
