Nephila is a Swedish band formed in 2019, known for blending 60s and 70s folk and progressive rock with elements of blues and psychedelia. Their debut album captivated listeners with its flowing rock'n'roll influences and laid the foundation for a unique and unmistakable sound. The album was even nominated for Rock/Metal Album of the Year at the P3 Guld awards in 2022. With their follow-up release, the band has evolved, shedding their musical skin to reveal something deeper. The album's soul is drawn from the legend of the Skogsrå-the seductive forest spirit in Nordic folklore. The Skogsrå serves as both muse and narrator throughout the album, guarding her realm and leading wanderers astray.
