Tungsten

The ”family enterprise” Tungsten ranks among Sweden’s currently hottest melodic metal acts. Veteran drummer Anders Johansson (ex-Hammerfall, Yngwie Malmsteen, Manowar), his sons Karl (bass, keyboards) and Nick (guitar), and singer Mike Andersson (Cloudscape) have a border-transcending sound rarely heard in power metal, where anything from folk music to Rammstein is allowed. ”The fairies dance”, ”We will rise”, ”King of shadows”, ”On the sea” … the fan faves are all over Tungsten’s five albums and their career trajectory just keeps going upward.
