Pick up your wristband (regular ticket)

If you have purchased a regular ticket, you can pick up your wristband at the Ticket Exchange, not far from the main entrance (marked on the map app closer to the festival).

To ensure that ticket exchange goes as smoothly and quickly as possible and that everyone has time to collect their wristband before opening, we have established the following basic rules:

  • On Tuesday, only 4-day wristbands will be issued.
  • Wristbands for 1-day tickets must always be collected on the day the ticket is valid.

Ticket exchange opening hours:

Tuesday, June 2, 14:00-23:00 –4-day passes will be issued.
Wednesday, June 3, 09:00-23:00 –4-day and 1-day Wednesday passes will be issued.
Thursday, June 4, 10:00-23:00 –1-day Thursday passes will be issued (also 4-day and 3-day passes).

Saturday, June 6, 10:00-23:00 –1-day Saturday tickets will be issued (also 4-day and 3-day tickets)

Pick up your wristband (VIP ticket)

If you have purchased a VIP ticket, you can collect your wristband at theVIP Accreditation desk, on the other side of road 508 (as seen from the festival). You can also collect your VIP wristband at the ticket exchange.

VIP Accreditation opening hours:

Tuesday, June 2: 08.00-23.00
Wednesday, June 3: 08.00-23.00
Thursday, June 4: 08.00-23.00
Friday, June 5: 08.00-23.00
Saturday, June 6: 08.00-23.00

Pick up a child's ticket (ages 3–13)

Children between the ages of 3 and 13 (who have not yet turned 13) must wear a special child’s wristband to gain access to the festival grounds.

Children’s tickets cost 50 SEK* and can be booked through Ticketmaster either at the same time you purchase your own ticket or at a later date. They can also be purchased at the ticket exchange or the VIP accreditation desk.

When picking up the child’s wristband, both the guardian and the child must present valid identification, such as a passport or national ID card. The child’s wristband grants the same access as the guardian’s ticket and must be worn at all times during the festival.

For safety reasons, all children must wear ear muffs on the festival grounds—regular earplugs are not sufficient. As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child’s safety and well-being throughout their stay. Keep in mind that loud noise levels, large crowds, and congestion may affect your child’s experience.

Pick up your bus pass - Nobina

Print out your order confirmation and bring a hard copy with you when you take the commuter bus for the first time. You will then show it to the bus driver or ticket collector as proof of payment.

Once you arrive at the festival grounds, exchange your order confirmation for a bus wristband at the Ticket Exchange or for your VIP accreditation.

Please note that order confirmations sent via mobile phone, email, or other digital formats are not valid as tickets on the bus.

If you have purchased parking

If you’ve purchased a parking pass for our own parking lot, Sweden Rock Parking, drive straight to the parking lot, show your ticket, and you’ll receive your parking pass there.

Directions to the parking lot

Reusable glass

At the festival grounds, our bars use reusable hard-plastic cups. These cups are part of our efforts to make the festival more sustainable and to reduce the amount of single-use plastic on the grounds.

When you buy your first drink, you’ll pay a one-time fee of 10 SEK for the glass. On your next purchase, return your used glass and receive a new one. You can also exchange the glass for a token at any bar if you don’t want to carry it around between shows.

Sweden Rock Rescue

Sweden Rock Rescue is the festival’s in-house organization responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to visitors, artists, and staff. Several AEDs are also located throughout the festival grounds in partnership with Viamedic. All AEDs are marked on the festival app and on the map.

Sweden Rock Rescue offers both basic care, such as bandaging and treating blisters, as well as advanced medical care on site. If necessary, patients are referred to a hospital.

Sweden Rock Rescue consists of approximately 60 people and is reinforced by staff from the Red Cross and medically trained drivers from the Frivilliga Automobilkåren (FAK). The area has both medical tents and emergency tents staffed by doctors and specialist nurses, as well as emergency vehicles ready when needed.

To ensure a safe festival environment, Region Blekinge, Johanniterhjälpen, and the municipality's field assistants and POSOM group will also be on site. Defibrillators are located throughout the area and are marked on the festival map.

You will find Sweden Rock Rescue on the asphalt slab just outside the festival area.
